Hi , Where can we leave the luggages after check out? Is the locker area located near the apartment?

The lockers are at the Vienna Hauptbahnhof!

Hi, we would be arriving late morning. Is it possible to leave our bags with you and come back later to access the apartment? Also do you have an laundry facilities?

Sorry, we don't have space for luggage, but at the Vienna Hauptbahnhof are lockers... No Laundry facilities!

What would you highlight about 1st City Apartments
Enjoyed our stay.
Good location. Easy check in process. Despite some previous reviews we had no trouble getting in the front door. You just ring the number and push the door. We had no issue with noise what so ever. There is a supermarket just round the corner. Bins got emptied everyday.
The shower is pretty small so we didn’t love that.

Great location, good room
The location was excelent, the air conditioning was a also much appreciated. Comfy bed
The access to the apartment is rather complicated. Out of 2 phones we had - only one came through to open the front door. The shower in the middle of the entrance was also not quite hygienic.

comfortable and
It is very centric and the bed was very comfortable. The flat was clean and walking distance to a great number of attractions.
The way of accessing the flat and building is a bit tricky. Im assuming they chose that system for safety reasons. It was a bit noisy due to the street.
